On-demand access includes All ECCMID 2021 sessions on demand, ePosters and abstracts, from the moment you purchase the access until 17. October 2021

Fees for all congress participants include

  • Access to all scientific session that took place on the platform during ECCMID 2021
  • Access to all integrated session that took place on the platform during ECCMID 2021 (unless withdrawn)
  • Access to all ePosters and ECCMID 2021 abstracts

 

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. 

After registration, the system requires a 10 minute time window to grant you access to the online platform.

It’s extremely important that you always login in the following sequence:

  1. https://www.eccmid.org/online_platform/
  2. Log in with you ESCMID credentials
  3. Then all the fields are filled out automatically on the platform
  4. Don’t change anything, just check in and log-in and proceed.

 

Payment Methods

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

For on-demand access:

Payment for on-demand access registrations is only possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

 

Cancellation policy

All sales are final.

 

Manual Registration Processing Surcharge

Registrations received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of € 20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick, easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation along with the invoice.

In order to register for the congress, please login with your email address and your password if you already have a profile. If you do not have a profile, you can create a new one. 

After successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depending on payment) will be sent immediately to your email address.

Prescription

As per guidelines for pharmaceutical exhibitors, during the online registration you will need to state whether you are qualified to prescribe.

 

Industry sessions

Attendance in live industry sessions is conditional on the agreeance to sharing of the delegate’s registration data with the participating industry partner.

 

Disclaimer

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
